• I’ve paid for my tickets, where’s my reference?

Please Don’t Panic! References will be emailed out to you once the tickets for the event have sold out. The email will also contain instructions of how to go about exchanging your reference number for your weekend passes.

• Do I have to buy passes online?

Though we do prefer that passes be bought online this is not essential. Tickets can be purchased at The White Horse, Llandeilo at the following times:

Tuesday 11th 2.00 – 6.00 pm
Thursday 13th 11.00 – 3.00 pm

Further dates may be added depending upon availability.

• Do children need wristbands?

Yes, everyone who is planning to attend the event no matter their age must have purchased a valid pass.

• I have increased my order; do I need to notify you?

No not at all. As long as you’ve purchased the tickets with the same PayPal account then all your passes will be available for collection together no matter when you purchased them.
